Principal Psychologist - PART TIME OPTIONS
Pay: £48,250- £58,250/pa (30-37.5hrs/week)

Clinical Psychologist essential requirements:
1. Hold HCPC registration
2. Skilled and motivated in the facilitation of group therapy interventions
3. Previous experience of working with individuals with a range of mental health difficulties, including mood disorders, psychosis, and trauma and personality difficulties
Principal Psychologist role:
1. Involves a full two weeks induction upon starting with us
2. Working within the standards set out by CQC, QNIC and other regulators
3. Regularly reviewing and monitoring outcomes of assessments and the effects of treatment in line with goal based outcomes
4. Active participation in service developments including: the use of service user feedback / in-house training
5. Contributing to the development of care pathways and other treatment protocols
6. Provide specialist supervision, training and consultation to colleagues through formulation groups / reflective practice
7. Work clinically with a dynamic multi-professional team leading development of individual formulations and psychological assessment. With the support of other members of the psychology team, support the development and delivery of behavioural and other psychological interventions for patients and service users and provide appropriately developed psychologically informed guidance to reduce risks, aid recovery and independence
8. Hold a clinical caseload, develop and deliver formulation led care, and be competent in a range of therapeutic delivery such as EMDR, DBT, CBT and CAT
