Job Title: Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

Salary: £35,000-£38,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9-5
My client is the worlds leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum visits of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation. My client is seeking a Registered Manager to join their brand new in Snetterton.
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager to join our clients growing team in Snetterton. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall growth and development of the services, ensuring clients receive exceptional, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all aspects of the domiciliary care service.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Deliver outstanding quality care that exceeds regulatory standards.
* Recruit, train, and supervise care staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
* Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of clients.
* Monitor and evaluate care delivery, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Drive business growth and manage financial performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role within domiciliary care.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Commercial awareness with experience in business development.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and care industry standards.
* Experience in a start-up or new business environment is desirable.
