We are currently looking for an Area Service Manager (Doors) to lead a team of maintenance professionals, who provide on-site customer service, and to plan and manage the field service operations including modernisation and new door installations in the area. This particular vacancy is going to cover Midlands, South and West Yorkshire.
The Area Service Manager position is an exciting opportunity for anyone in or outside of the Doors industry - this individual will need to have excellent communication skills, people management and P&L experience and will be managing our commercial clients with a high level of professionalism and dedication.
Key Responsibilities as an Area Service Manager:
* Ensuring safety of all employees and end-users
* Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication
* Accountable for equipment performance and customer retention
* Accountable for resolving customer service quality complaints
* Accountable for controlling the service operations while meeting the operational KPI’s
* Accountable for solving and closing the open callouts and reacting in case of stopped equipment and/or safety issues
* Accountable for the repairs sales, variable costs & margins in their area
* Accountable for modernisation and new door installations
The ideal candidate should have:
* Managerial experience required, preferably in Doors industry (not mandatory)
* Excellent communication skills
* Commercial awareness with Profit & Loss responsibility
* Good IT skills including PowerPoint etc.
* Excellent time management
* Problem solving skills
* Strong Customer relationship management
