Job Purpose
Hunter Adams is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Consultant to join our client’s People Operations team on a 3 month interim (Inside IR35) basis. You will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive HR services and support to managers and employees. This hands-on position requires a strong blend of employee relations and change management expertise, alongside a passion for providing exceptional support.
Required Experience
* Demonstrated ability to manage HR lifecycle activities accurately and efficiently
* Proven employee relations and change management experience.
* Knowledge of UK employment law.
* Previous experience in handling employee relations cases.
* In-depth understanding of HR best practices and policies.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanour.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
* CIPD qualification is desirable.
