Job summary Transformation Clerical Officer Band 2 - Part time- 22.5 hours Permanent contract (Based at Tameside Hospital with expectation to support Tameside locality). Main duties of the job The role will support the Transformation Team; providing comprehensive clerical support. Support the team by managing diaries, which includes scheduling and co-ordinating meetings, appointments and events as required. Coordinate, prepare and disseminate documentation in relation to projects and their associated meetings. Prepare agendas, take notes andundertake general administrative duties. Contribute to the corporate management style of the team to develop, implement and maintain effective office systems and procedures. Pivotal role in managing & supporting the Transformation event. Take a lead role in the development and maintenance of a webpage for the team. Support the team in the development and regular production of a variety of media to communicate the work of the team to the wider organisation. This role may at times require providing support to the Transformation Team at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
