Staying independent helps us investigate alleged miscarriages of justice objectively and impartially. Our team come from a range of backgrounds (law, policing, forensic science, trading standards, journalism, and fire safety to name just a few) and are based throughout the UK. About the role: Our Change and Digital team comprises of 4 individuals, focusing on delivering project change support and ICT support. We are a small, but dynamic team, working on a varied and busy portfolio. The Technical, Digital and Change Lead will report to the Head of Change and Digital and will be providing excellent project leadership to all within the organisation as we continue to modernise our way of working, utilising new and developing technology to enhance our work. You will need to be an excellent communicator, with the ability to influence and inspire others to work collaboratively and to achieve project goals. Our ideal person will have an ITIL V3 Foundation qualification as a minimum, along with experience of using and developing Dynamics 365 platform. We’re also looking for someone who has comprehensive knowledge and experience of MS systems, including Power Apps and Power Automate. You will also have experience of writing in DAX language to develop BI dashboards, along with a strong knowledge of workspaces.
