Salary: Grade 3/4 Spine Point 14-21, £24,331.06 - £26,227.81 Actual Salary (£27,028 - £29,135 FTE Salary) per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance

The PRIDE Academy is a secondary special school for students with social, emotional and mental health needs in the London Borough of Hillingdon. It currently offers 120 places to pupils aged 11-19 who thrive on the varied curriculum that has an emphasis on practical skills and enrichment opportunities.
The PRIDE Academy moved into its brand-new purpose-built school in April 2022. The new Free School offers extensive facilities including specialist science labs, well-equipped art and design and technology rooms in a bright and spacious building, as well as an indoor sports hall and an outdoor multi use games area.

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Administration and Exams Officer to join our school’s administration team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and overseeing the organisation and management of all school exams.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and school records
•Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
•Coordinate internal and external exams, ensuring compliance with regulations
•Organise exam timetables, accommodations, and logistics for exam days
•Liaise with exam boards, manage exam materials, and oversee the results process
Requirements:
•GCSE Maths and English
•Strong school administration experience or experience of working in a customer–facing environment
•Previous administration and experience School SIMS database experience
•Previous Exams Officer experience
