Associate Director / Regional Director: Lead the Yorkshire North East National Highways account. Your role will involve delivering our significant National Highways YNE account, leading a team of professional Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers through an exciting period of change. Your purpose: Working closely with the Client Director, you will lead the National Highways YNE delivery team. Directing the resourcing needs and being accountable for technical excellence. Leading on team engagement/care and management. Supporting the Identification of client needs and the development of an engagement plan. Innovation – constantly reviewing how to do things better and more efficiently. Recruitment – identifying the key resources we need, where we need them and why. Working with the Practice Manager to recruit the best talent across the region. Reviewing and assessing performance of our people and supporting the operational business in driving efficiency across the region. What you can bring: Strong and proven infrastructure experience. National Highways experience is highly desirable. Proven track record in effective management of diverse team(s) either at discipline level, or on major/complex commissions or projects, for major client(s), including maximising performance and confidently dealing with performance related issues developing and growing people to promote the next generation of leaders.
