Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 Hybrid: Flexible working with semi-regular travel around the UK Are you ready to shape the marketing direction for a dynamic, medium-sized manufacturing company? Our client is looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to lead the team, overseeing all marketing activities and driving brand visibility across the UK. As the senior-most marketing expert in the company, you’ll lead everything from strategy to execution, focusing on both brand elevation and lead generation. What You’ll Do: Have a strong focus on digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, etc. Develop and implement a high-impact marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborate with teams across the company, working particularly closely with Sales. Travel across the UK to represent the company and gather market insights. What You Bring: You will be required to travel up and down the country and therefore you must have a driving licence and car Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally with some B2C. Ideally you will have gained at least some marketing experience from a manufacturing company. Strong strategic mindset with hands-on skills in campaign management.
