If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and have excellent communication skills, this role is perfect for you Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and proactive support via phone and email, responding to customer and prospect inquiries. Manage CRM data by logging prospect details and handling inbound/outbound communications. Follow up on leads, book appointments, and assist the sales team in managing their schedules. Handle post-appointment surveys, complaints, and urgent customer messages. Actively promote Calor services and products, supporting our sales initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth service delivery. What We're Looking For: 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, or Call Centre environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and administrative skills. Ability to handle complaints with empathy and professionalism. Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus. A flexible, adaptable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
