We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly-skilled Digital Technician (Digitech) / Equipment Manager for our fast-paced Studio. Successful candidates will be self-starters, strong communicators, very detail-oriented, and highly organized. The Digitech will be responsible for performing quality checks and providing feedback on all digital assets created, archiving and maintenance of the assets, and acting as the primary point of contact for post-production teams. The candidate will need a strong background in computer hardware and software and be able to recommend new technologies that ensure our studios stay at the forefront of the industry.

Please note this is a permanent role that will be based out of our Hoxton studio, five days a week.
Key job responsibilities
1. Experience writing scripted workflows (Python, JavaScript, AppleScript, Powershell, or similar). Familiarity with AWS S3 client-side automation, metadata standards, and workflow automation.
2. 3+ years of digital asset management experience working with an enterprise-level DAM system.
3. In-depth experience with Capture One, Photoshop, Bridge, video software including Premiere Pro, OBS, Windows and Mac environments, and large-scale asset file management.
4. Strong understanding of color profile management policies and best practices, including the ability to color shift and manage multiple peripheral devices.
5. Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
6. Ability to learn and master proprietary internal tools.
7. Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects from beginning to end, under tight and evolving deadlines.
8. A motivated and professional attitude, with the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience as a front-end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper.
* Have coding samples in front-end programming languages.
* Have an available online portfolio.
* Experience with web, mobile web, or mobile app front-end development.
* Experience with UI design for complex workflows and for end users.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Knowledge of technologies such as JavaScript/NodeJS, HTML/CSS, Responsive/Adaptive Design.
* Knowledge of Python, Javascript, and source control (Git).
