The Project Co-ordinator provides vital project assistance to the Hospital re-development project team for all aspects of projects from inception to completion ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, to the required quality and which improve the patients environment in accordance with the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's strategic direction.

We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join the Hospital redevelopment team to help us deliver the biggest hospital building programme in a generation. This role will provide project management support, working closely with our Capital Project Manager and Programme Manager.
What are we looking for?
* Developing, managing and monitoring details project plans
* Producing reports and managing risk and issue logs
* Engaging and communicating with staff across the organisation as well as the wider healthcare community, contractors and external organisations
* Process mapping for a range of departments
* Evaluation of projects

Working Pattern: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week, with core office days Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings.
