Role Overview:
I am seeking an experienced Machine Tool Service Engineer to provide expert installation, maintenance, and repair services to clients in the North West London area. You will work with cutting-edge equipment, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring that clients' machines remain operational and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machine tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
* Provide on-site technical support and training to clients.
* Liaise with the customer service team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
* Document service reports and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in servicing CNC and machine tools.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software systems in machining.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel across North West London.
* Excellent communication skills.
