This role is a blend of business development and account management, focused on building strong partnerships with colleges, training providers, and employability organisations. The BDM will be responsible for developing new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering tailored product solutions that align with customer needs. Key tasks include managing a sales pipeline, conducting product demos via our award-winning EQUAL platform, and providing ongoing support and insights to clients. The BDM will also attend events, contribute to market research, and collaborate across teams to ensure outstanding service delivery. We’re seeking someone with a proven track record in SaaS or educational sales, who is confident in hitting targets, using CRM tools, and delivering a consultative customer experience.
