Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses (Band 5) to join the North Hull and East Riding Nursing and Conditions Community team. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Registered Nurses to work within our community nursing teams, providing holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group. The successful applicants should be a first level registered nurse with excellent communication skills. Previous experience of community nursing is not essential and each successful candidate will have a named mentor and an individually tailored development plan.
