This role is full time and fixed-term for 3 months and based in Glasgow, Scotland. Role Purpose: Working in the Real Estate Accounting Services team where the individual will be responsible for Technical Support and Accounts Reconciliation project work. Key Responsibilities PROJECTS AND TECHNICAL Undertake management and delivery of complex projects Undertake enhanced and elevated reporting as required Assist with onboarding of complex instructions Identify and implement process improvements. Provide technical support to Adhoc urgent requests as necessary CLIENTS AND PEOPLE SUPPORT Attending client and internal meetings as required Provide input to people managers on training matrix and modules to support talent mapping and development plans Feedback significant training concerns to people managers to support performance management and / or ongoing development need Person Specifications / Requirements Technical understanding of trial balance; Technical understanding of reconciliations; Ability to interpret financial data Experience in a professional financial services environment Understanding of Real Estate transactions.
