Due to internal promotion, we are currently searching for an experienced Artwork & Packaging Project Coordinator to join our experienced UK artwork team.
Do you have a real eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment building strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers? If you’ve previously worked in a project coordinator or busy admin support role, then this could be ideal for you! A key part of our busy Supply Chain function, the Artwork team plays a critical part in getting our products out to market whilst ensuring regulatory, compliance and safety standards are adhered to for our consumers.
How You Will Make an Impact
* Artwork Planning: Working with a team of 6 others, you will manage the generation of artwork for all changes to packaging for new product launches or changes to existing products.
* Technical Coordination: Working closely with internal functions such as Marketing and Regulatory, you will coordinate all the technical requirements for packaging artwork.
* External Relationships: Engaging with our external design agencies, contract manufacturers and printers to ensure all deadlines are met.
* Influencing: Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to maintain a strong internal control environment ensuring our procedures and controls are in place and adhered to.
What We Are Looking For
* Excellent attention to detail with a thorough and logical approach to proofreading.
* Strong planning and organization skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and quickly develop rapport with others.
* Experience in managing internal stakeholder expectations particularly during periods of high-volume work.
* Robust organizational and project management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in artwork management systems and Adobe Acrobat is highly preferred. Strong skills in MS Excel and Word would be advantageous.
* A champion of ethics who promotes integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism consistently.
