* Salary: £35,000 (Pro Rata)
* Hours: 28 Hours: (negotiable working pattern Monday to Friday)
* Contract: Permanent
* Shifts: Flexible between 09:00 to 16:30

As a CYP Manager you will be responsible for:
* Being a member of the Senior Management Team
* Collaborating with the Director of Support Services and other Service Managers
* Implementing the Organisational Strategy and the Support Services Strategy
* Leading on creating a safe, supportive space within your own team and the wider organisation
* Leading the CYP team in an inclusive, engaging, and empowering way and supporting and coaching them to do likewise with their team members
* Overseeing the service for children and young people, ensuring they are at the center of their own support, are fundamental to service design, and influence the wider VAWDASV sector
* Collaborating with the Fundraising Manager in providing reports and returns to grant funders
* Collaborating with the Senior Leadership and Senior Management Team in the development of future services
* Managing the budget for your area effectively, acting as Budget Holder, meeting frequently with the Finance Team
* Managing operational obligations linked to funding contracts
* Leading compliance and continual improvement of CYP services through policy, procedure, internal audit procedures, and external quality standards
* Overseeing Safeguarding for CYP services, complying with internal and external policy and legislation, and ensuring team awareness of their safeguarding responsibilities
* Overseeing risk management compliance within CYP services in terms of both the team's safety and that of the individuals using our services
* Leading the development and overseeing effective relationships across statutory, voluntary, and community partners and referral agents
* Keeping abreast of current research and good practice in relation to working with CYP affected by VAWDASV and managing implications for services
* Communicating on your area of operation, sharing outcomes, achievements, gaps, and feedback to our SLT, our Board of Trustees, and external stakeholders where appropriate
* Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required
Requirements:
* Professional qualification in relation to Children/Young People such as Teaching, Youth Work, Mental Health, and Wellbeing
* Relevant experience of managing, coordinating CYP projects or services in charity
* Experience of enabling team members to support individuals
* Experience of compliance and quality assurance processes
* Ability to coach others to manage crisis situations and assess risk appropriately
* Experience in developing and reviewing policies and procedures
* Experience of project implementation and management
* Understanding and application of trauma-informed practice in service development and delivery
* Understanding and application of being a trauma-informed leader
* Ability to understand project budgets and basic management accounts
* Ability to work collaboratively to create a safe, supportive space
