Job summary East Hill Surgery located in Colchester, are seeking an experienced advanced nurse practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team. We are ideally looking to recruit on a full-time basis but are happy to consider 30-37.5 hours per week. The role will offer you the opportunity to build on your experience for working effectively within our multi-disciplinary healthcare team as you will work alongside fellow professionals within the practice to support one another. Main duties of the job Respond to referrals and provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment at first point of contact by attending patients either in the practice or patient home. Support and continue the development of our on the day emergency patient service in the practice. Triage and prioritise home visit requests. Evaluate clinical information from examination and history taking, and initiate appropriate treatment and/or referral. Maintain accurate clinical records in an efficient manner. About us We are a town centre practice with a list size currently at 9,000 patients. We use Emis Web and consult with patients using a range of methods from face to face, video and telephone.
