Smart Teachers is recruiting for regular daily Supply Teaching Assistants, to join our pool of staff working in Primary schools across South London. About the role Teaching Assistant required to support children in a variety of schools in Lambeth, Southwark and surrounding boroughs The successful Teaching Assistants will be required to support students both socially and academically. This would suit someone who can set clear boundaries but also be nurturing The role can be full or part time, and would run 8.30-4pm week days About the school Schools located in Lambeth, Southwark and surrounding boroughs Mixture of LEA and Independent schools Easily Assessable by public transport Discover a wide variety of schools and year groups Requirements To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant (Primary) you will: Have proven experience supporting the UK or equivalent curriculum within the past two years Have strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills Be eligible to work in the UK (must have a valid visa) Live in/within commuting distance of South London Have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS on the update service Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
