Job Title: Engineering Stock Coordinator
Reporting to: Engineering Shift Managers
Shifts -M to F, 8hrs per day
Overtime - any overtime is additional to salary
Holidays - 28 days per year
To ensure accurate management of spare parts inventory, facilitate timely processing of maintenance part requests, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain smooth operations in support of food production standards and compliance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to support operational efficiency within the engineering maintenance team.
* Update and manage equipment records, technical manuals, and related documentation to comply with food industry standards.
* Monitor and report on engineering department budgets, including weekly financial performance and cost tracking related to maintenance operations.
* Ensure accurate records for departmental risk assessments, contractor controls, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Training:
* Attend training courses as required
All duties will be implemented within the Company Health & Safety and Policy and Procedure Specification.
* Ensure all planned maintenance and reactive maintenance activities are supported with correct level of safety risk assessments and method statements
* Report all activities failing to meet safety requirements and ensure actions are generated to develop risk assessments and method statements
* Strong organizational skills to support inventory control in a high-paced food production environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and communication purposes.
* Familiarity with food industry regulations, such as HACCP and GMP, is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools: Word, Excel and Outlook
* Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
* Comply with any reasonable duty requested by the company within the parameters laid down in the Company Policy, Procedure and Health and Safety Guidelines
