Based at our state-of-the-art Logistics & Technology Centre (LTC), this role supports the smooth running of our configuration, warehousing, and logistics operations – where tech equipment such as laptops are prepared, built, and dispatched to our customers with precision. The Configuration Centre Administrator role is the primary point of contact for the Configuration department. You'll manage communication, track orders, and ensure processes run smoothly across departments. Key responsibilities include overseeing order processes, updating spreadsheets, managing stock levels, and liaising with other teams to ensure timely shipments. This is a 12 months fixed term contract covering maternity leave Main responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for the Configuration department. Manage the Config Inbox and ensure timely, clear communication. Verify Config orders and apply correct costs. Update and maintain essential department spreadsheets. Log faulty items and resolve order queries with Account Managers and Engineers. Monitor stock levels of client-owned consumables and flag replacements. Schedule incoming orders and coordinate with Transport and Warehouse teams. Adhere to internal processes for efficient operations. Suggest improvements for department processes. Perform any additional tasks as requested by the leadership team. Required knowledge and experience: Must have an excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel Maintaining the excellent internal and external service levels Ability to monitor and report on order and issues status information Strong organisation skills with a total commitment to the highest levels of customer service Respond to and deal with email and phone communication effectively and efficiently Ability to take ownership and progress problems to a resolution Educated to GCSE level in Maths and English Previous Warehouse experience is highly desired Previous stock management, returns and other system related experience desirable Previous experience of administration within a technical production environment is highly desired Previous customer service experience highly desirable We make technology work so people can do great things.
