The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a FP&A Manager to join the team to lead the production of Financial Business Plans, S&OP financial process & Monthly reporting for UK&I.
What You’ll Do
* Lead all FP&A activities for UK and Ireland to include maintenance of LBE submissions, management of the Ireland financials, daily sales reporting and hospital business planning and reporting.
* You will be the business partner ensuring financial concepts are understood and adhered to.
* Provide General Manager support in Plan / RLBE Process, Contract submissions, and Expense Controls.
* Perform Revenue analysis for UK & Ireland. Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of wholesaler rebates, DTC Pricing (Gross to Net), and Revenue recognition.
* Manage and control department expenses and ensure that month-end process and accounting entries are accurately reflected, particularly working closely with Freight and Distribution teams and Nursing teams to ensure Gross Margin planning is accurate.
* Manage and accurately forecast UK and Ireland balance sheet and cash flow, ensuring accounting entries are accurately reflected and forecasted accordingly.
* Lead local daily sales reporting, ascertaining insights on monthly performance, communicating on a daily basis to the UK/Ireland Commercial Management & coordinating with Financial Controller to communicate twice monthly to EMEA.
* Consolidation from various sources to maintain a complete picture of parallel trade position for all ANI UK & Ireland products, communication of changes to UK & EMEA.
* Audit Management with EY and Internal Audit.
BACKGROUND/EDUCATION
* Finance Planning and Analysis experience in a Sales company is useful.
* Good communication skills and adaptability within a teamwork structure.
* Excellent computer skills – especially with legacy systems, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
* University education preferred.
* Qualified Accountant with substantial experience within a Commercial environment.
