Overview: We are recruiting for an Interim HR Manager to join our Finance and HR department at The Lyceum.

The theatre with its seating capacity of 658, is a magnificent example of late Victorian theatre architecture. Our offices and rehearsal space are directly across the road, and our scenic workshop and wardrobe-making departments are situated at Roseburn, which is a little over a mile away from the theatre.

This is an exciting opportunity for a human resources professional who is passionate about people and wellbeing and wants to contribute towards the growth and strategic HR goals of The Lyceum.
We are looking to recruit an Interim HR Manager to provide a comprehensive, professional HR service to The Lyceum and to support organisational effectiveness across the full range of HR activities, encompassing strategic, operational, and administrative priorities, acting as the focal point for Company management for the provision of advice and guidance. Ensure all HR administrative functions are monitored, reviewed, and applied in line with Company needs.
This is a fixed-term post running for 6 months until June 2025. The role is part-time at three days a week, which can be worked flexibly across the working week, and includes the option of hybrid working.
