The role: This role sits within Partnership Marketing, the team responsible for bringing Clarins to life across our retail partner channels & premium outlets. Specifically, this position is responsible for assisting the wider team (Marketing Executive -Independent Division & Premium Outlets, Marketing Executive – Store Division & E-tailer Manger -Store Division & Pureplay), in the successful execution of marketing activity across our key partners & premium outlets ensuring Clarins obtains the best support and opportunities. The coordinator ensures timely and on brand execution of all product launches & promotion activities across online & in store environments, optimising towards a best-in-class journey. Taking ownership of the print and design process for retailer activity, EG: Gift with Purchase and online marketing support packages. What you’ll do: Marketing Planning Support the Partnership Marketing Team with delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of launches, asset packs and promotions to our retail partners & premium outlets. Implementation & admin support for the marketing support inclusive of online banners, CRM, social & in store packages etc. Monitor activity and deliver a post campaign analysis of each retailer activity to the wider team. Work with VM to upload, update and maintain the screen content for Premium Outlets Manage team requests from Outlet Store Managers & Outlet Area Manager Manage Workplace requests from business owners on assets, information, etc. across our independent division, briefing artwork adapts and amends to design team based on requests from business owners. Assist with new store openings and ongoing updates (pricing, POS, pricing guns, stickers etc) Assist with any product call-ins, goody bag requests, asset requests and information requests for retail partners Promotions Delivery Manage GWP & GWT promotions across partners, including set-up, negotiating free visibility, and promotion reporting. Create print briefs for suppliers for relevant POS and liaise with supplier on delivery to warehouse where relevant. Create packing lists, liaising with Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery for product & POS material to each group. Update all the marketing calendars for each partner when relevant and share with groups. Create assembly briefs for GWP & retail kits and work with Supply Chain on assembly. Brief basic photography for GWP/GWT to photographer and arrange for relevant products to be sent. Work with the design team to arrange artwork for any local advertising requests and share promptly with the business owners. Work alongside the Brand Experience Team to stay abreast of updates / changes to the GWP Campaigns. Tracking Website auditing & monitoring of Clarins content with the relevant partners. Track and monitor and FOC activity provided by our retailers such as emails. Coordination of relevant presentations and reports as requested by the Head of Partnership Marketing Proactively take initiative to monitor market visibility online across retailers and competitors to identify ideas, innovations and trends for future opportunities. General Assisting the Head of Partnership Marketing with any admin related tasks as necessary. Raising any relevant PO’s and tracking spend accordingly. You are: Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience, developed in either an FMCG or retail environment, preferably in the Beauty Industry Commercially minded with a creative flair Able to multi-task and work under pressure to fixed deadlines You have: 1-2 years background in Marketing, preferably retailer marketing A good understanding of current trends and landscape within cosmetics, professional treatments & beauty industry.
