You’ll join the team in Nottingham where things are fast and frenetic, you’ll need to think on your feet, solve problems and be calm under pressure, as this role will involve installing and commissioning systems on customer sites globally, including in North America and the Far East. Assembling, setup and testing of systems prior to shipment at Esper’s Nottingham office Installation and commissioning of systems at customer offices globally Operating and maintaining Esper’s internal scanning systems to support company R&D. Direct support to the Business Coordinator including stock checking and identifying shortfalls / extra requirements for scanning systems. Assisting and liaising with production to aid the assembly of products to fulfil system orders. Attending events, workshops and conferences So what skills will you need to get this job? Well first and foremost we need smart people, these systems are complicated so you’ll need to be able to absorb complex information. A good academic background in STEM would be a great start. For example, a background or degree in IT, science, technology, engineering or digital or creative industries would also give you the grounding needed to find your inner awesomeness Of course, any knowledge of 3D scanning experience would be an unexpected bonus, but honestly, this isn’t essential. What is essential is good positive energy, a coachable, mouldable disposition and a serious work ethic.
