Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Contracts Manager to join our team. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects by providing contract management across multiple projects, managing site teams and ensuring quality and health and safety are of the utmost importance and strictly adhered to. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across stakeholder groups
* Manage risks relating to (SHEQ) safety, health, environment and quality effectively
* Develop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors
* Manage client service delivery across several locations
* Maintain a clear business plan for the appointed contract
* Set, monitor and control SLA’s and KPI’s
* Accountable for the financial performance of the contract
* Develop and monitor direct reports
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the roofing and cladding industry
* Previous contract management experience and knowledge of roofing and cladding services and legislation
* Full clean driver’s licence
* Asbestos awareness is advantageous
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Professional accreditation or membership with relevant industry bodies is desirable
