This is the chance for you to be a leader of what is already a hugely successful sales team. Last month alone this team achieved a group sales record.
so what could be better than being a leader of staff guaranteed to earn you bonuses based on performance as soon as you join us? Your sole focus is to look after and development the team:
Completing 1-2-1’s with each team member and regular meetings
Dealing with escalations from customers if it goes to manager level
Spot checking customer calls to ensure the team are putting them on the correct plans
Search for new ways to improve team performance
Managing the dialler and calls setting realistic targets and KPIs
Incentivise the team, issuing out prizes, and getting involved with wall of fame every month We want someone who is driven by numbers, targets and team performance, someone who is diligent, enthusiastic, assertive, and creative.
