NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) plans and buys healthcare services for our local population. We are accountable for the performance and finances of the NHS across Norfolk and Waveney – a total budget of £2 billion a year. Known as NHS Norfolk and Waveney, the organisation works with local people, health and care professionals, and partner organisations to improve the health and wellbeing of our population.

Job overview
This is a new leadership role focused on maximising the benefits of joint working across the Great Yarmouth and Waveney and West Norfolk Place teams. You will join established, supportive teams with ambitious plans and a strong commitment to staff development and wellbeing.
Main duties of the job
This senior position will play a leading role in shaping new ways of working with partners and seeking out opportunities which will support the ambitions described in the Norfolk & Waveney Joint Forward Plan, with a particular focus on tackling health inequalities, population health management and driving activity to address preventative health conditions. You must have considerable knowledge and expertise in strategic partnership working and have experience in leading complex programmes of work.
Responsibilities:
* Support the transformation and delivery of health and care programmes across Great Yarmouth and Waveney and West Norfolk.
* Take a lead role to develop and deliver the range of national, ICS, and place-based strategies and priorities.
* Ensure that programmes are planned and managed effectively.
* Drive change to support improved outcomes for the population while ensuring value for money.
* Develop relationships and forums to ensure close partner working across the Place teams.

Hybrid Working
The ICB operates a flexible approach to working. It is expected the majority of our staff will work from a combination of home and office (where possible). For staff designated in a hybrid role, they should have a safe and suitable place to work with Broadband access and space for a desk, chair, and monitors.
