Call Centre Agent Annual Salary: £12 per hour Location: Council’s Repairs Contact Centre Job Type: Full-time Join our team as a Call Centre Agent, where you will play a crucial role in our Repairs and Maintenance department. This position involves handling phone requests for repairs and gas servicing appointments, primarily assisting council tenants during the winter season. Day-to-day of the role: Handle incoming calls regarding repairs and gas servicing appointments efficiently and professionally. Provide timely and accurate information to council tenants, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed. Schedule and coordinate repair and maintenance appointments according to tenant availability and urgency of the situation. Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and tenant details for future reference. Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to streamline operations and enhance tenant satisfaction. Follow guidelines and scripts provided by the Team Leader to deliver consistent and high-quality service. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred.
