Operations Executive
£28,000 - £30,000 / Sevenoaks / Permanent
My client, a leader in the environmental services, are looking to recruit an Operations Executive to join their rapidly growing team. This is a fully office-based opportunity paying up to £30,000 for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar operations position, will have strong Administration skills and will have day-to-day management of logistics.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily support to the operations team with administration and planning support
* Take ownership of job scheduling and dairy management of the wider team
* Act as first point of contact for any customers and offering them an excellent service
* Support with the daily running of logistics and procurement
* Manage stock control and inventory records
* Ensure the integrity on the internal database and recording accurate information
Essential Skillset
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an operations or planning/scheduling role
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Proficient with Microsoft Packages including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and highly organised
