I’m looking for a tutor/teacher who is able to support a year 5 pupil for 5 hours a week in the NN14 area. This pupil is currently out of education and requires 1-1 support in Maths and English. This pupil lacks motivation to engage with most aspects of the curriculum and is working below expected working level. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored teaching and support to students who are temporarily out of mainstream education. Work with students with a range of needs, including SEMH and SEN, to support their educational progress. Devise a tailored plan with the student to help support their needs, focusing on core subjects. Plan and deliver these sessions Ability to adapt teaching methods to support the individual needs of students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with students, parents, and other professionals.
