Marketing Insights Lead
Central London (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
£70,000 - £85,000 base salary + benefits
This is a fast growing eCommerce platform disrupting the energy and renewables sector. They are seeking an experienced Insights Lead to join the team. You will play a key role in driving business performance by delivering actionable insights across marketing, product development, and other areas. With a strong background in analytics and stakeholder management, you’ll ensure insights are effectively utilised to support business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead consumer, market & marketing insights for the business
* Develop and deliver insights on customer profiles, purchase drivers, and campaign performance
* Manage third-party insight sources and ensure data integrity
* Take briefs from various departments and prioritise stakeholder needs
* Commission external agencies to support insight generation
* Build dashboards for ongoing reporting and make strategic recommendations
Requirements:
* 8+ years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
* Experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Datorama, Adalyser, etc.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
* Experience in multi-category eCommerce or research agencies
* Experience working with marketing & product teams
