They are looking for someone who thrives in customer service Key Responsibilities: Responding promptly to a broad range of customer queries through multiple communication channels, offering timely and professional solutions. Keeping customers informed at regular intervals when follow-ups are necessary or when arranging service engineer appointments. Performing basic triaging of customer connectivity issues to determine the appropriate next steps, such as escalating to technical support or scheduling service engineer visits. Assisting potential customers in understanding products and packages, promoting the brand effectively. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the right resources are engaged to meet customer needs. Suggesting relevant up-sell/cross-sell products that could enhance the customer experience. Required Skills and Experience: Strong communicator with a passion for engaging with customers and leaving a lasting impression. Excellent interpersonal communication skills across various media and devices. Ability to take ownership of customer issues and ensure a successful resolution.
