Your responsibilities will include: Establishing internal and external requirements for safety, assist all necessary approvals. Establishing the Yellow Jacket accident and incident reporting regime. Developing and applying a project level health and safety plan with clear roles and responsibilities for safety. Establishing the occupation health and wellbeing strategy and arrangements for the project. Establishing health, safety and welfare KPI’s and targets. Monitoring contractors’ and suppliers’ safety practices. Providing advice and guidance to the client and project team on safety requirements and issues. Assisting with setting up and implementing, controlling and monitoring an effective safety programme. Managing safety systems and procedures. Setting up, implementing, managing and arranging for auditing of an effective safety programme. Monitoring safety plan effectiveness, and take remedial action as required. Initiating and carrying monitoring and inspections. Assisting integration of safety requirements in tender and contract documents. Providing safety awareness training and set up the induction programme. Monitoring for legal compliance. Providing regular reports on safety performance and compliance. About you You will have a relevant degree qualification. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
