Purpose of the Role We are seeking a friendly and organised Residential Coordinator to be the first point of contact at our site. To act as the primary contact for residents, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively. To answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the residential community. Key Responsibilities Welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner and ensure they are signed in and provided with appropriate information. Answer incoming calls and direct the call appropriately. Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with residents and service partners. Investigate residential concerns, ascertain the most suitable course of action and progress through to an acceptable conclusion. Compiling and maintaining of log of actionable tasks and providing updates to residents and the Centre Manager. Completion of insurance claims, where required. Maintain residential records and information pertaining to residential living and the operations of the site. Provide administrative support to the Centre Management Team. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Experience of working in a public facing role An understanding of property management Excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to customer service Excellent written and spoken communication skills Ability to use a full range of Microsoft applications including Excel Confident, professional and assertive Strong time management and organisational skills Positive can-do attitude and common sense approach A basic understanding of Health and Safety requirements Working Hours - 8am to 4.30pm – Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work Salary - £26,130 rising to £28,080 on successful completion of the probationary period LI-DNI Please see our Benefits Booklet for more information.
