The Role

As a Social Worker, you will be providing essential social work services, focusing on client well-being and community integration.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed client assessments and develop tailored care plans.
2. Provide counselling and support to individuals and families facing challenges.
3. Facilitate access to healthcare, housing, and financial services.
4. Identify risks and implement safeguarding measures promptly.
5. Advocate for clients' rights and coordinate support services.
6. Maintain accurate records and update care plans as needed.
Requirements:
7. Previous experience working in a similar role.
8. Minimum 2 years’ experience in social work, ideally in care setting.
9. Background in case management and safeguarding expertise.
10. Bachelor’s / master’s degree in social work (BSW/MSW).
11. Registered with Social Work England.
12. Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
13. Knowledge of social work theories, legislation, and ethical standards.
14. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
