Your Role: Senior Sales Administrator
Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting a busy sales team in a fast-paced environment? As a Senior Sales Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, working closely with our Sales Director and two Sales Executives to ensure the smooth running of sales processes. Your role will be critical in supporting our team as we bring our workplace wellbeing mission to leading companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the right hand to the Sales Director, managing schedules, meetings, and travel with precision.
• Handle email and communication flow, ensuring correspondence is timely and professional.
• Assist two Sales Executives with lead generation, follow-ups, and quotes, ensuring we stay ahead of targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage post-sales events, keeping everything running smoothly.
• Organise impactful sales and marketing events, conferences, and corporate functions—owning these projects with attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with key contacts, acting as the liaison between the sales team, other staff members, and client stakeholders.
• Take charge of identifying and solving potential issues, streamlining processes, and optimising event management.
• Stay on top of multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
• Use office software and tech tools efficiently, constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
What We’re Looking For:
• UK residency and eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience in a full-time, fast-paced administrative role (this is essential!).
• Stellar organisational and multitasking skills—you’re always one step ahead!
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and phone skills are key.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and fast, accurate typing.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset—someone who takes initiative and doesn’t shy away from a challenge.
Bonus Points For:
• Experience in the health and wellbeing sector.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Event planning and coordination experience.
