Create and manage marketing strategies for the business. Establish a suitable CRM to capture leads generated through marketing efforts and nurture them. Analyse marketing data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and optimise future campaigns. Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Manage and maintain a strong online brand presence across various digital platforms. Manage and maintain the content base of the firm’s website. Photography and photo editing understanding would be beneficial. Planning, hosting and attending relevant sales, marketing and industry events to promote our client. Designing and creating materials as required and managing social media engagement on all relevant platforms Qualifications Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. In-depth technical expertise in using social media platforms for marketing purposes (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Facebook etc.). Experience and understanding of how to get the best from a CRM. Proven ability to manage and analyse marketing data using tools like Google Analytics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work alone and as part of a team. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
