The position This role reports into the Head of People & Culture, UK&I and will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the administrative team who will be managing payroll and benefits data, learning and development administration and supporting HR transformation projects within the business.The role will ensure that all functions are carried out efficiently and to a high standard. The role also includes providing guidance and support to team members while driving continuous improvement across our administrative processes. Accountabilities
1. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of administrators, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. Set and track performance goals for team members, providing regular feedback, conducting appraisals, and identifying training needs
2. Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth and efficient administration processes, managing team workflows and overseeing resource allocation to meet tight deadlines associated with business projects.
3. Collaboration:Work alongside centres of excellence to ensure global alignment on key systems and processes
4. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in administrative processes, implementing changes as needed.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal departments and external partners regarding administrative support, resolving queries and issues promptly.
6. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including data protection and confidentiality.
8. General Administration: Assist with higher-level administrative tasks and support as needed, ensuring a hands-on approach within the team.
Knowledge
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
10. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
11. Knowledge of data protection and compliance practices

Experience
19. Proven experience in an HR administrative role with team leadership capabilities
20. Experience in working in a shared service role is desirable
21. HR or payroll system implementation experience would be advantageous
