Role Summary The successful candidate will complete administrative procedures for the school’s attendance function, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date. This is a crucial role that supports the overall efficiency of the school and helps to maintain a structured and orderly environment for both students and staff. Key Responsibilities • Managing attendance records and ensuring they are maintained accurately. • Implementing and monitoring administrative systems related to attendance. • Liaising with staff, students, and parents regarding attendance matters. • Providing general administrative support as required. Skills and Experience Required The ideal candidate will have: • Experience in general clerical/administrative work. • Experience in the operation of administrative systems. • Knowledge of school attendance procedures (desirable but not essential). • A knowledge of school student MIS systems (an advantage). • First aid training (desirable but not essential).
