Executive Assistant
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant who can act as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping to manage complex priorities, build and maintain key relationships, and drive organisational efficiency.
Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Gloucester, remote or hybrid working considered
Hours: Part-time 3-4 days per week 22.5-30 hours (flexible working available)
Salary: £33 - £35k pro rata, depending on experience
Contract: Permanent
Reports directly to: CEO

The Role
This is a senior executive role to support the CEO achieve the organisational strategic objectives and vision and mission.
Key areas include:
1. Develop a sound understanding of the CEO's requirements, priorities, and ways of working, using this knowledge to develop networks and support the CEO in managing their schedule, calendar, travel, and events.
2. Support the CEO to prioritise in line with our strategy, mission, and vision.
3. Proactively manage and grow the CEO's network and build the reputation of TMW.
4. Provide adhoc support to the Executive Leadership Team when required, including EA support when the CEO is on annual leave.
5. Use and promote systems to increase efficiency within the CEO role and the wider organisation.
6. Input into and help shape the system requirements for the wider organisation.
7. Organise and maintain efficient digital and physical filing systems using TMW systems and standards.
8. Support the CEO around prioritisation and ensure that TMW staff and stakeholders are connected to the right people.
9. Handle all internal and external communications, screening calls, emails, and visitors with professional discretion.
10. Manage complex administrative tasks including preparing reports, presentations, and handling confidential documentation.
11. Coordinate between departments and team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
12. Take detailed minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
13. Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
14. Manage social media communication in a way that builds the profile of the CEO and the wider organisation.
About You
You will have experience of working in a similar role with similar responsibilities, likely as an Executive Assistant. Please give examples of your experience against these responsibilities in your letter and CV.
The ideal candidate will bring executive support experience, demonstrating exceptional organisational abilities and emotional intelligence. You will need to anticipate needs, think strategically, and maintain professional discretion whilst handling sensitive information.
