Are you a dedicated Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking for new opportunities in Manchester or Merseyside, or Leeds? If so, this is your chance to join a highly reputable multi-office law firm with a strong presence in the field. The firm are seeking clinical negligence solicitors to join their offices across the North West and West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor at our firm, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing your individual caseload of Clinical Negligence cases from inception to trial.
* Collaborating with Team Leaders and the Head of Department to strategize and plan case tactics.
* Identifying and progressing cases that are ready for Letter of Claim (LOC), settlement, or other relevant services.
* Handling your caseload in a proactive and commercially astute manner.
* Coordinating case progression with internal and external stakeholders.
* Drafting legal documents, including LOCs and letters of instruction.
* Negotiating settlements and initiating proceedings when necessary.
* Providing guidance and support to the team on technical issues, with the assistance of the Team Leader or Head of Department.
Applications are welcomed from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a range of experience, including NQ solicitors up to those with 5 years PQE. The ideal candidate should have recent experience in handling Clinical Negligence cases.
