Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of a Multi-Academy Trust.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will lead the development and operation of the HR function for a number of schools within the Trust.
This is a generalist HR role, developing HR policies & procedures, utilizing previous experience on TUPE regulations, assisting on complex ER casework and various change management initiatives.
Alongside this, there will be a responsibility to support the senior leadership team and leaders within the individual schools.

1. Permanent
2. £49,000 - £54,000
3. Hybrid working - expectancy to travel to Derby when required
4. 30 days plus bank holidays
5. Local Government pension scheme
Requirements:
1. Experience working in schools
2. CIPD
