We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teacher to join vibrant teams at various schools around Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and motivate students to develop a lifelong passion for physical activity and well-being. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across KS3 & KS4 (KS5 if applicable), encouraging participation and excellence in a wide range of sports and physical activities. This role begins March 2025.
Duties of a PE Teacher:
* Promote a healthy and active lifestyle among students.
* Organise and lead extracurricular sports clubs and teams.
* Prepare students for competitions, fixtures, and examinations (GCSE/BTEC/A-Level PE, if applicable).
* Ensure safety and well-being in all sports activities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop the PE curriculum.
Ideal PE Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
* Experience or a strong interest in teaching PE at secondary level.
* The ability to coach and teach a variety of sports and physical activities.
* A passion for inspiring and engaging students of all abilities.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
