Housing Income Manager £42,604 Birmingham Hybrid Full Time, Permanent We have an opportunity for a Housing Income Managerto join our Income Team to ensure the efficient and effective management of income processing, rent setting, and service charge functions. As our Housing Income Manager, you will manage the Income Team, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while delivering a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders. Using your knowledge of income / arrears recovery management, you will provide technical advice to the organisation and ensure that CHA complies fully with the Rent Standard of the Regulator of Social Housing and individual rent agreements. Youll manage the annual rent review, the annual rent increase process and oversee rent and service charge setting for new and existing customers, ensuring accuracy and transparency. With excellent attention to detail, youll ensure accurate recording, reporting, and reconciliation of rent and service charge accounts, with monthly reconciliations and robust financial controls. About you We are looking for a housing professional with: Excellent knowledge of arrears management and legislation. Experience of working with large volumes of data and transforming this into valuable information. The ability to drive forward relevant projects and initiatives to meet deadlines and deliverables. A flexible approach with the ability to deliver services in an environment of change. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A track record of identifying and resolving issues.
