On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Project Management Lead for an initial 6 month contract based in the banks London offices on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home. Purpose of the role: Compliance and AFC Data Office is responsible for Data Management covering key functions of AFC, Compliance and Legal. The team support these functions in establishing & improving Data Management to achieve key business outcomes including effective operation of key controls. The CAFC Data Management team is responsible for implementation of and adherence to DB's Enterprise Data Management Framework: controls, culture and capabilities which in turn drive target outcomes of improved Data Quality, reduction in audit and regulatory findings, stronger more effective controls and improved operational efficiency. As a member of the Divisional Data Office team the role holder will support our EDM Programme execution. EDM programme involves performing a F2B current state documentation uplift & gap assessment against the EDM framework for material data scope, identifying gaps and defining rem plans. Primarily engaging SMEs in C-AFC, technology and Lines of Business to analyse and document data scope and requirements, lineage, and controls. Benchmarking current state to standards and identifying gaps & defining rem plans Key responsibilities Drive the execution of the gap assessment & remediation planning for a data scope Coordinate with stakeholders including Data Stewards & CAFC SMEs, Data Producers, CDO, EDM Programme teams & Technology colleagues. maintain project plans and manage execution via JIRA - allocating and tracking tasks, Organising meetings and forums, including scheduling, preparing materials, taking minutes. manage RAIDs, actions & escalations. Prepare project status updates. Support programme planning activities. Co-ordinate milestone closure including materials and validation reviews Skills and Qualifications Experience in execution of Data Management assessment & remediation project. Project planning Experience in working in a very large cross-divisional programme and delivering to change governance standards Excellent stakeholder management Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including PowerPoint) with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical colleagues Ability to appropriately partner with colleagues across different functions, locations & levels.
