Our client is a new prestige car dealership who are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Sales Administrator to join their existing team.
As Receptionist, you will welcome all customers visiting the dealership and deliver outstanding customer service. You will need to be able to build a rapport with customers, establish their needs quickly and assist in any way required.
Responsibilities:
* Greeting customers, introducing to service, parts & sales
* Answering telephone calls and relaying messages as required
* Providing refreshments to customers whilst they wait
* Keeping the showroom friendly and under control
* Administration duties for the running of the dealership, holiday cover, sickness records, health & safety
* Must be able to work with initiative under pressure
* Small parts of Sales Administration (Training included)
About You:
* Highly organised
* Excellent computer skills – Must be trained on Excel
* Smart appearance
* Excellent telephone manner
* Driving licence preferable
* Must have the desire for progression
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri
