As a Finance Manager, you will join our team as a trusted key player with responsibilities across a wide range of banking areas, including finance operations, monthly processes, regulatory reporting, investor reporting, FP&A analysis, budgeting and forecasting, external and internal audits, and our financial controls framework. You will take ownership over key tasks, project manage deadlines, and manage and work together with a team to ensure successful outcomes.
We are looking for driven finance professionals who can bridge quantitative and technical skills with qualitative analysis and insights, alongside great teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities
* Leading role within our finance monthly processes
* Regulatory reporting
* Management accounting and analysis of the financial drivers of the business for the executive team
* Investor reporting and communications
* FP&A budgeting and forecasting, including lending and balance sheet growth, and key ratio oversight
* External and internal audits lead
* Leading our controls framework and embedding a continuous process improvement culture
* Treasury and investment management
* Banking operations support
Qualifications Required
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Strong Excel skills (data analysis, large data set management, CF and three statement modelling)
* Team leader with a self-starting positive attitude
* Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
* Great communication and presentation skills
* Organised project manager, able to track, prioritise, and update stakeholders

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
