Fixed Term Contract for three months. Job Purpose: Working as part of a team, to ensure the smooth running of the plants Administration sections. Role Accountabilities: Collate production figures to produce a financial pack with the use of system reports and manual stock counts Data Input & order processing Coordinate Cap-ex orders and expenditure Process and reconcile intercompany transfers Procurement control Prepare and report all site accounting information Logging haulage information, UK & EU Perform general office duties (managing the phone, supplies, mail, filing, photocopying etc.) Research accounts receivable issues Ensure supplier invoicing, credits, GRNIs, overheads and receipting as required New vendors & Bacs / Chaps request Supporting colleagues with Admin processes and procedures Other duties as required Must Haves: Administrative qualifications or equivalent experience Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask A friendly and professional demeanour The ability to interpret, analyse and present data Excellent attention to detail Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a team and alone The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Comprehensive I.T. Skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel) A flexible approach to work Hours: 37.5 Hours per week Shift pattern - Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 17.00, Friday 8.30 -14.30
